Instructors
We’re looking for a variety of instructors, male and female, who want to help people meet their health and fitness goals while having a lot of fun doing it!

Responsibilities
Consistently provide high-energy, well-planned, exciting classes to our members.
Create personal connections with our members before, during, and after classes.
Be aware of and provide extra attention to all new clients.
Know how to use our studio management software to check people in for class, sell memberships and retail items, update membership details and troubleshoot any client issues.
Be a team player and work well with other members of the Joywheel team, including other instructors, front desk employees, and management.
Occasionally teach on weekends and some holidays.
Occasionally attend special studio events.
Assist in light cleaning duties before/after each class (towels, spraying shoes, etc..)
requirements
Must complete our Joywheel Instructor Training Program.
Must have taken at least 5 Joywheel classes
Must enjoy fitness and be able to instruct while riding.
Must be positive, charismatic and outgoing.
Must have strong customer service skills!
Must be able to engage & create relationships with people of different ages, gender, and personality types.
Must be technology savvy (teaching while controlling the music, lights and performance software).
Must be good with music selection and variety.
Must be coordinated and know how to hold a beat.
Must take direction well.
Must be a team player.
Must be (or get) CPR & AED certified.
