Cancellation Window:

Our standard cancellation window requires any booked class to be cancelled at least 1 hour before the class starts in order to avoid penalty.

Anybody who cancels after the cancellation window (referred to as a Late Cancel") or does not show up for a scheduled class (referred to as a No Show) will be penalized by either losing that class credit OR incurring a $10 fee (Unlimited members only).

If a class you are signed up for is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (ex/ bad weather), we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
