classes we offer:

POWER

Our signature ride! This ride is heavily focused on performance metrics, utilizing both interval training (HIIT) + endurance training. If you’re even a little bit competitive, this ride is for you. Track your fitness journey & PR’s with both in-class data and post-ride summaries.

RHYTHM

A dynamic fusion of sprints, climbs, and choreography to the beat of the music. This ride involves learning different moves (tap-backs, push-ups, etc.) and fun combinations. No focus on your output & metrics, just riding to the beat!

BONUS:
Wednesdays are Music Video nights!

MIXED

This class has elements of both rhythm and POWER mashed into 1 ride! It has rhythm riding (aka moves & combos) + interval training with a heavy emphasis on Class Goals & Team Races.

 

STRENGTH

Designed with the latest in scientific research in mind, our strength program is adaptable to all fitness levels and focuses on ensuring safety, building functional strength, and promoting overall health!

We do ask that you please fill out our Strength In-take form prior to class so our coaches can be aware of any injuries and your goals!

BASICS

Occasionally we offer a FREE beginner basics class! We break it ALL down on how to use the bike, dial in your perfect settings, how the metrics work, how to ride to the rhythm and how to layer in choreography when you're ready. Check the Event page to get signed up for the next one.
