*Membership Terms & Conditions:

The following terms and conditions apply to all of our memberships, including Group Discounts:

Renewal: This is an auto-renewing membership.
Initial commitment: 90 Days; then month-to-month status until request to cancel.
Freezes: Each membership is allowed one, 30 day freeze throughout the calendar year with the exception of college students, who will be granted holiday and summer freezes following the school calendar.
Membership Cancellation: A 30 Day Cancellation Notice is required.
Booking: Unused classes do not rollover, you must “book out” all your classes before your next billing cycle starts. Note that you don’t have to use those classes before the billing starts, they just need to be booked out in advance or they will be lost.
Class Cancellation Window: We have a 1 Hour policy. If you can no longer attend the class you signed up for, you must cancel it at least 1 hour in advance otherwise you’ll face a penalty. 8x/month members will lose a credit; Unlimited members will be charged a $10 fee.
Guest Passes: both 8x/month and Unlimited members will receive 1 guest pass every month to share!
Discount Drop-ins: If any 8x/month member runs out of credits for the month before their next billing cycling, they can purchase a Discounted Drop-in for $20 instead of $25. The discount will be automatic when you are logged in.
Referral Program: Joywheel thanks current members for referring new member with a standard $25 Account Credit.

All memberships will be asked to sign a purchase agreement before signing up for their first class with the new membership. These same terms will be listed there for your reference and you will be emailed a copy to keep for your records.
