With over 20 years in the fitness industry, Jill brings experience, energy, and a deep passion for helping people move better and feel stronger.

She's an ACE-certified Group Fitness Instructor who believes that workouts should be effective, motivating, and—most importantly—fun. She thrives in the studio environment and truly loves the culture and community at Joywheel. There’s nothing better than sweating it out together, feeding off great energy, and moving to an unbeatable playlist (yes, 2000s music has her heart).

When she's not in the studio, you’ll find her spending quality time with family or traveling and exploring new places.
