How to Register
There’s 2 steps to complete your registration:
1st Step: Purchase your entry fee ticket here (must be logged in) or visit our Buy page.
2nd Step: Complete the form at the top of this page to sign up for your events, teams and t-shirt size.
What’s Included in Registration
The $35 entry fee guarantees your spot for the 2022 Winter Games and a t-shirt is included with your registration. You must register by Feb. 19th in order to guarantee your t-shirt size. The one-time fee allows you to sign up for both individual & team events. You may compete in as many events as you wish.
How do TEAMS work?
You can pick your own team OR sign up as a free agent and let us make the teams . All 4-person teams are co-ed: 2 males and 2 females.
Can I chose different teams for different events?
No. You may only be on ONE team — you'll keep that same team throughout the day. You will need to provide a team name by check-in. There will be a prize for the Best Team Uniform/Costume!
What if I don’t have a team yet, but want to participate in team events?
If you want to participate in the team events but don't have a team yet, please mark yourself as a "Free Agent" at sign-up and we'll add you to a team.
What if I can’t make the event any longer?
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your registration, all refund requests must be made by 8am, Feb 24th. Refunds will not be given if requested within 48 hours of the event starting.
Can I change my events after I sign-up?
Yes, you can. Please email us at studio@joywheelcycling.com to request changes.
Are we allowed to watch other races?
Yes — we will allow spectators to watch & cheer on the races from the corners of the room & seated on the floor. Once the yellow Studio door is closed, no more spectators are allowed inside (to maintain our dark environment) until the next event on the schedule .
Will there be an after-party?
YES! We will have a fun after-party at Urban Pie around 11am. The Awards Ceremony is scheduled for 11:15am at Urban Pie downtown Cedar Falls. Then we celebrate! Feel free to come watch and celebrate with us :)
