Help us create the area’s most innovative fitness experience by joining TeamJOY! We’re looking for individuals who have fitness backgrounds (including dance and yoga), coaching experience or any other relevant sports or fitness experience. Never taught a cycling class before? No worries. You’ll be put through a vigorous (but super fun!) training program utilizing the best bikes and performance software in the industry.
Are you a motivational speaker or getting hundreds of Instagram likes on your inspiring posts? Or someone who has recently started their fitness journey? We’re looking for a variety of instructors who want to help people meet their health and fitness goals while having a lot of fun doing it!

Consistently provide high-energy, well-planned, exciting classes to our members.
Create personal connections with our members before, during, and after classes.
Be aware of and provide extra attention to all new clients.
Be a team player and work well with other members of the Joywheel team, including other instructors, front desk employees, and management.
Occasionally teach on weekends and some holidays.
Occasionally attend special studio events.
Teach a minimum of 2 classes/week.
Must complete the Joywheel Instructor Training Program, which includes Stages® Certification.
Must enjoy fitness and be able to instruct while riding.
Must be positive, charismatic and outgoing.
Must be able to engage with people of different ages, gender, and personality types.
Must be technology savvy (will have to teach while controlling the music, lights and performance software).
Must be good with music selection.
Must be coordinated and know how to hold a beat.
Must take direction well.
Must be a team player.
Must be (or get) CPR & AED certified.
